Recruitment Criteria
The Abyssal Requiem does not recruit indiscriminately. Admission is extended to pilots who demonstrate discipline, operational awareness, and the willingness to act decisively without expectation of recognition. Activity, reliability, and alignment with doctrine are valued above raw skill points.
