Legal Disclaimer: Know ye, that by electing to engage in PvP with Forced Entry, with or without your explicit consent, you hereby agree to surrender your ships fittings and all salvageable contents thereunto appertaining immediately following the destruction of said ship. All PvP contact initiated by Forced Entry is for a declared legal purpose and is to be considered a formal, non-negotiable attempt to collect an outstanding debt as a direct result of the debtor's terminal insolvency. All recovered assets and salvaged materials shall be directly applied toward the final reconciliation of the debtor’s inability to settle said debt, including a mandatory operational offset against the costs of tactical engagement.

In terms of the extent to which this legal disclaimer focuses on the modalities of our asset reclamation efforts; All operational protocols, seizure valuations, and enforcement criteria are subject to unilateral modification at the sole discretion of Forced Entry, to the exclusion of all else and without prior notice to the debtor. This protocol is self-executing and supercedes all previous versions. Our authority of resolve is final and, as such, remains beyond contestation of a GM support ticket or any other external administrative appeal process. Notwithstanding any and all prior agreements, covenants, or understandings, all terms are hereby subject to an immediate rescission clause and are to be considered non-binding upon the violation of any terms contained herein.

Enforcement Notice: All interactions with Forced Entry—whether sanctioned or nonsanctioned—carry an implied and inherent risk of violence. In the rare event that Forced Entry provides prior notice to vacate, affiliates of the debtor and non-essential third parties are implored to do so by the most expeditious means practical to avoid collateral damage. Any resistance to our debt collection methods or third-party interference with the reclamation process will be met with overwhelming and unreasonable force; that of which the resulting resolution will most assuredly conclude with a finality that far exceeds the debtor's comprehension. All enforcement actions, including the mitigation of collateral damage, are executed at the debtor’s sole expense. Third-party interference is deemed a binding acceptance of these terms. Forced Entry shall be held harmless and absolved of all liability for any and all collateral damage sustained during the discharge of our official duties within our theater of operations, wherever that may happen to be. Any collateral damage incurred by Forced Entry will be considered the cost of doing business.

We do not have a customer service department at this time and all complaints or notices of adversarial hearings must be submitted in writing and duly notarized by a licensed public notary.
