We run with NPSI groups or small gangs with friends, always.
The only requirement is that you love to shoot shit and make things explode. We don't care about your big dick super green killboard, or how much isk you have/don't have. We only care that you are willing to fight and learn how to be a better pilot, all to further your future blowing shit up goals. As long as you have a decent attitude and are willing to learn/listen to become at least a mediocre pilot, you are golden. RL always comes first and there is no activity requirement. Discord comms and shit posting channels are always available even when not in game.
Regardless of how mildly autistic we may, or may not, be. We have experienced pilots and friends that play this game for what it is: a game. We play for fun, not for hording shiny hangar trophies or blobbing new bros to make ourselves feel good.
