For centuries its traders crossed frozen seas, navigated rivers through unmapped wilderness, and bargained with distant peoples for furs, survival, and opportunity while depending on personal grit, diplomacy, and courage.
Long after humanity eventually left Earth capsuleer historians uncovered fragments of corporate archives describing the Hudson’s Bay traders and their operating philosophy. They recognized something familiar in those ancient practices:
• Trading posts → Space stations and citadels
• Fur brigades → Mining fleets and industrial convoys
• River navigation → Stargate routes and wormholes
• Frontier survival → Life in nullsec and dangerous space
