EDI-TIE is looking for qualified, motivated pilots with an interest in experiencing the Industrial side of EVE Online.
Who We Are:
We are a small group of capsuleers mining asteroids in order to make things. From all walks of (real) life, to a variety of experience within the Universe itself, we strive to forge our own path forward.
What We Value:
Industriousness: To work to your potential, never stagnate, seek out new pathways to growth, for both the corporation as whole, and members individually.
Hospitality: To be an open and welcome to group all pilots that we may encounter, in and out of our kindred group.
Truth: To be honest, and open with one-another. Lies beget more lies, but there is progress in truth.
Self-Reliance: To be able to operate independently, off our own powers and resources by not requiring any aid, support, or interaction of others for survival.
Why Join Us:
-Work at Your Pace:
With no minimum quota obligations, you are free to do things at your own pace. This corp is about being able to relax after a long day, chew some space-rocks, and make some ISK doing it. Corp Fleet Operations happen on impromptu-basis, but also scheduled out and planned, based on member availabilities.
-Reimbursement Program:
All ore is reimbursable through the corp at competitive market rates. Mine whatever ore you want, and know up-front what you can be reimbursed for it. Better still, know that the ore you’ve mined will go directly towards projects the corp is completing. We also offer the same reimbursement program to planetary production.
-Corporate Transparency:
All corp-production is done as a “project”, which means you know right away what your ore will be used for. Once these projects are completed, a portion of the project’s profit will be paid directly to you! All projects are voted on by all members, equally, before they’re started. You’re not only welcomed, but encouraged, to submit your own project ideas.
-Member-Focused:
We are focused on making our members feel welcome and appreciated. We have implemented an 'Open Door' policy to allow members the opportunity to directly address the things that feel are important while simultaneously allowing senior members and management the opportunity to get to know newer members to foster a sense of community.
