Rize Iwasawa speaks little lately. She does not need to. Her silence sharpens others faster than orders would. Meridian Kane expends hulls predictably; loss rates adjusted accordingly. Vollara Quin audits supply chains as if theft were inevitable. She is correct.

Crew discipline remains stable. No panic. No false optimism. I have reduced comfort allocations and increased redundancy in critical stores.
