Aegis Defense Coalition (A1-DC) is a dedicated Rookie-to-Novice corporation designed for pilots entering their early career in New Eden. Our goal is to help 1–50M SP players grow confidently through mission running, structured training, and a strong, supportive community.

We host regular Level 2–4 mission fleets, ship fitting sessions, PvE strategy training, and ISK-making operations—all with veteran pilots available to guide new members.
We also hire high-skill pilots (5M+ SP) for leadership, fleet commanding, teaching, logistics, and security roles, offering competitive weekly pay and high fleet payout percentages.
