The S.M.E.A.R syndicate had her roots firmly planted in The Gallente world of Brabant-LXIX. Here they involved them self in all manner of legal & illegal activities. Under the leadership of the Blemished Family they were able to gain control over the planet's underworld and restructure it into their personal base of operations. After this S.M.E.A.R was able to gain acces to the capsuleer programme before the destruction of the planet.

These days the syndicate's grasp runs deep through out New Eden running all manner of affairs.
