0.5 c warm water
2 tsp olive oil
Let sit\xa05-10 minutes until yeast starts to foam.
Add in ~1 c all purpose flour. Knead until smooth, adding flour as needed until dough is only slightly sticky.
Let raise ~20 minutes (until doubled)
Roll out to about a 14" circle. Add cheese, sauce, toppings to taste. (I prefer 0.5lb mozzerella, 0.25lb sliced kilbasa and sicilian herbs)
Bake at 350F for ~10 minutes, until desired level of browning on cheese has occured.
