Chappaqua Maera Tacticus is a low-level hustler in the dystopian underworld of Chiba City, Japan. Once a talented laser physics science professor, Tacticus was caught stealing from his sugar daddy. As punishment for his theft, Tacticus 's central nervous system was damaged permanently with quite alot of hurry hentai, leaving him unable to access the global computer network in cyberspace, a virtual reality dataspace called the eve online.
