Though she grew up in Gallente, Lingfei Wen called herself a Jin-Mei rather than a citizen of Gallente. She could not agree with the hedonism over every corner in her nation, and believed that the democracy they claimed is just all about politics and games of power. She was more eager to chase spiritual inspirations as a traditional Jin-Mei. Therefore, she admired the cultural development of Amarr Empire and spiritual philosophy of the senior Minmatar tribes, but not of the Republic. She especially appreciate Khanid Kingdom for how it embraces new minds while it preserves its own culture.
