(Turrann's tag tax is nothing more than the fact that Turrann finds the tags of Eve to be pretty. She loves to collect them, stack them, count them, & sort them. The "tax" is really just a donation of tags to support Turrann's habit, I mean collection. She promises to give the tags a very loving & warm home where they will have many friends & despite being one of many, they will always know they are individualy loved.
