Bio
Dusters were there first...
It was upon dusters' shoulders, from their toil, that the Federation was built. They ventured into deep space, where others feared to tread, and cut the building blocks of our great republic from the rock.
In the early days, a miner's life could be short. Before there was shielding, a gamma storm could fry you in your cockpit, an errant 'roid could crush your hull like paper. But dusters persevered.
Then the rats came. Miners fought back with anything at hand to defend themselves and their livelyhood. There were myriad ways to die, but the dusters did not falter.
I am a duster, a rock-hound, like my father before me, and his father before him.
I carry on that proud legacy, going where few care to go, gleaning life from lifeless rock.
Everything that we are today, all that we have, exists because dusters were there first...
For the Federation!
