From an early age, Sparaxis was expected to contribute to the family business which was the business of ship wrecks....

However, one day when the family's fleet of rag-tag ships descended upon yet another fat hauler, little did they suspect that an entire wing of Amarr Navy lie in wait. The subsequent battle (if it could be called that) was swift and brutal. Sparaxis was the only survivor and was taken into custody.
On the journey back to the Amarr homeworld, Sparaxis impressed the commanding officer with his skills but not his attitude. Sparaxis was offered the chance of enlisting instead of facing trial. Sparaxis' life as a faithful soldier of the Empire had begun.
After 3 bloody campaigns against the Minmatar rebels, Sparaxis retired from military service. With his military pension, he now makes his way in the 'Verse as a trader.
