Long time friend of William Hillphire, Neo always had a knack for blowing things to pieces. Especially when he was in one of his trusty space ships. When William Hillphire entered the Center for Advanced Studies to become a combat capsuleer, Neo joined him. While William Hillphire eventually abandoned the dream of becoming a combat capsuleer, instead opting to be a miner and industry capsuleer, Neo remained focused on becoming the best combat capsuleer that he could. Now supported by William Hillphire's production of combat ships and weapons, Neo has taken on William Hillphire's dream of defending the weak and punishing the corrupt.
