Created to be placed directly on top of the user's head, the dual transmission pylons provide a connection for direct neural stimulation and transmission via bone conduction, allowing the operator to watch and hear the Alliance Tournament without interfering with those around them.

This particular variant appears to have been tuned to receive the broadcast of Alliance Tournament XXI and, since the conclusion of the broadcast, seems to be malfunctioning, repeating the same 2 words on a loop: Kishi Kishi Meow Meow.
