Captured Triglavian Relay Cache

This is a Triglavian cache similar in form to many such devices encountered where the Collective establishes its facilities or outposts. This particular cache has been partially penetrated by information warfare specialists from one of the empires. The extent to which the multiple protections on this complex storage device have been bypassed is unclear but a skilled hacker would surely be able to build on the work already done and access the contents of the cache.
