Meltwater-Snowball Exchanger

This facility is operating a part of a Yoiul Festival campaign that is part aimed at gathering valuable stocks of pure snow meltwater and part aimed at promoting the holiday festival by providing Festival Launcher compatible snowballs.

For a given quantity of melted snowballs, the facility will crystallize a portion and supply a Yoiul Festival Snowball while retaining a large cut of the valuable pure water.
