Reduces turret heat build-up of blaster and railgun turrets, thereby increasing effective firing time before overheating. Reduces heat cost per shot by 10%.

NOTE: Stacking penalties apply to this module; the effectiveness of each additional module (after the first) that alters the same attributes will be reduced.
