Alone out there, you're just another payday for the next pirate. Sales pitches aside, the goal here is to establish dominance across a slice of high/low/null sec territory to enjoy the full spectrum of the Eve experience instead of living in Box A or Box B exclusively. Another goal is full career integration. Eve is a sandbox designed for new and old pilots to play together, everyone is a member of a team that can contribute to creating the space we want to live in. If you're not willing to defend something in Eve you will never own it.
Mature players interested in more casual but goal-oriented careers may apply. I don't expect people to eat-sleep-breathe Eve but if we're being attacked, need to secure an area, or if someone needs a little help I want pilots to participate. Flying alone narrows the gameplay, the best way to advance and have fun is with other pilots standing beside you. Don't sabotage, don't ruin peoples' fun, I don't expect much. The point of the tax is a fund for corp-sponsored ships and equipment we all benefit from.
Interests: All. You can't seriously wormhole without PVP, you can't mine a moon or anchor station without supporting the facilities, and a miner often isn't a freighter pilot. I don't think doing just one thing is really playing Eve. Let's do all the things while making enough ISK that we can afford to.
