Civilized Negligence is a collection of oldheads and loonies united by our love of EVE. We welcome all walks of life across New Eden, and pride ourselves on communal learning and support. Our corp is primarily USTZ in an EUTZ alliance, so expect plenty of corp content when alliance content slows down.
