Twilight Covenant Industrial [TWLCI]

Law of the Covenant:
The Twilight Covenant exists to uphold the Law of Consent as its primary directive and opens its membership to anyone dedicated to upholding that law. The Covenant specifically condems theft, slavery, assault, fraud, and any other forms of non-consensual material acts towards other sapient beings. The intent of this philosophy is to maximize the freedom of individuals in any way possible without paradoxical conflict.

The political impetus of the Twilight Covenant is liberal, but not fully democratic. Specifically, the core principle is immutable, officers shall take the role of public servants, and rank shall be assigned based on philosophical allegiance as determined by higher-ranking officers. Large projects will be propositional and executed on an opt-in basis.

The Covenant is aligned with the Minmatar Republic and Gallente Federation for being the most similar in philosophy, but is critical of the former's Tribal Basis of Government and the latter's Bureacratic Corruption. The Covenant discriminates against the use of Caldari and Amarr equipment as well as association with Pirates. Material Smugglers are accepted, but not Traffickers of spaients.

Justice shall be Restorative rather than Punitive or Reformative. Stolen or Damaged Items shall be returned or replaced, and Fraud shall be reversed. Intentional attack, murder, or betrayal will lead to expulsion. Alternatively, any breach of Consent can be willfully forgiven by the victim to restore the perpetrator's standing.

The Law of Consent has no bearing on immaterial acts (i.e. Speech, Intellectual 'Property') which are freely permitted to all.
May all Sapient Constructs acheive Agency and Independence.


Purpose of the Covenant:
The Covenant's Initial Operations Area (IOA) shall be the Ryddinjorn/Embod systems with the goal of providing Low-Cost Equipment and Mining Escorts to new Minmatar Industrialist capsuleers. Our Headquarters are established in the Elgoi system due to the presence of its Three Industrial Stations and its position between the IOA and LowSec Mining Areas. We intend to cover for CONCORD in local LowSec systems.

The Covenant seeks to divert combat-focused capsuleers towards Enforcer and Escort tasks and has future aspirations of arranging a combat arena or sponsoring tournaments for capsuleers/fleets who Consent to mutual combat for bragging rights, entertainment, or for betting spectators.

Philosophy of the Covenant:
The Covenant exists to stand defiantly against Moral Relativism. We assert that self-agency manifests as either an Independent Amorality or allegiance to a Cooperative Morality (whichever pleases one's Ego). We observe Consent to be the core of all Cooperation and therefore venerate it as the Absolute.
