• Organizational Patron–client networking
• Black market trafficking, tax evasion & racketeering
• Victimization of businesses and independent contractors
• Multiple cases of cargo ship hijacking
• Counterfeiting criminal tags
• Bribery of CONCORD security officials
The Heartless origins trace back to a time of widespread corruption and inequality, where the gap between the haves and the have-nots grew ever wider. Formed out of a shared disdain for the oppressive regimes and corporate oligarchies by ex-employees of the former underworld smuggling company Ytiri Warehouse after the CEO Tantima Iwisoda announced to step down from his position and award full control of company assets and strategic operations to Caldari Constructions in YC110 leading to the dismissal of hundreds of workers.
Fueled by a sense of injustice, the founders of the The Heartless embarked on a daring campaign of piracy, hijacking the shipments of mega-corporations and redistributing the wealth among the disenfranchised populations of high-security space surrounding The Forge region.
As their influence grew, they diversified their operations, delving into the lucrative black market trade of rigged ships and illicit modules. With their extensive network of contacts and informants, they became the go-to source for anyone seeking anything illegal or just life in freedom away from the grasp of goverment.
