Developing from a need for freedom from the constraints of New Eden's Corporation system, the Grey Council was setup as a home for a disparate group of galaxy weary Capsuleers.
The Council has allowed them to pursue their own agenda's and desires, but to also allow them to easily pool their resources to reach their goals sooner and recover from disasters more easily.
Although the Council has no need for more Capsuleers they are happy to open diplomatic ties with other Corporations and Alliances.
