Having graduated from the University of Caille's School of Exploration with average grades Tomain set out to make a life for herself in the stars. But just like her teachers said at the University, her lack of focus affected her ability to excel in any one occupation.

Many times was Tomain criticized for not being able to stick to one topic during her studies and she was told that she was wasting her skills of critical thinking. But her inquisitve mind would not let her settle and she has set out into the universe to try her hand at any opportunity that comes her way.

Currently she has developed a fondness for the peace and solitude of mining ore. So with her trusty venture she has headed off in search of interesting asteroid belts. However, with growing Pirate attacks, particularly from the Serpentis she sometimes docks her trusty mining Frigate and takes to the skies in her modified Catalyst for a spot of Rat Catching.

Current hobbies includes collecting and fitting out ships to add to her growing personal fleet.

Having linked up with the Corporation Red Phoenix Rising Tomain's education has accelerated as the Corp members have taken her under their fiery wing and now she regularly runs a space cleaning service (salvaging) and also has expanded her own efforts into gas mining and exploiting Relic and Data sites both in and out of wormholes.

Having developed a taste for combat having joined in on security missions Tomain has largely left her life of exploration behind and has become addicted to the sights and sound of combat. Although when those elusive Lookout sites appear she is happy to act as a Hauler to make sure that all the precious ore is gathered.

Having grown weary of the constant political schemes and demands of Alliance life and after the disaster of Barmalie, Tomain retired from her duties of recruitment for her first player Corp Red Phoenix Rising (still love you guys) and left to do her own thing. Which lasted just long enough for her to join The Grey Council of the Tom's a Corp setup by her household originally purely for PI activities, but now is home to Tomain and the rest of her RL household where they do their own thing without the pressures of Corp or Alliance life.
