Acting as proxy for all nullsec players we have applied the rules of the New Halaima Code of Conduct to the entire of nullsec. As such all players entering nullsec have agreed to abide by the Code. Breaking of all past, present, and future rules will be considered a breach of the agreed terms and met with the severest punishment.
