"The Intaki Syndicate recognizes the contributions of Chatelain Auxiliary Response in deescalating capsuleer engagements around our free havens. Their strategic deployments have contributed to a 32.5% decrease in collateral damage to civilian craft and structures in the past three years. "Further, while the active interdiction of slave-bearing vessels in Syndicate space is largely handled by the ISP at their own discretion, the ISP has stated that vigilante vessels from CHTAR willing and able to extirpate slave-bearing vessels and provide proof of life for at least 80% of the enslaved (while minimizing collateral damage to civilian craft) will continue to be tolerated.
