Threat Assessment: Extreme
"Like many other statesmen, i didn't support the existance of the Tube Child program. You'd think that would earn these people some sympathy from me, right? Well; after you had to shift though the crime scene of two massacres at incubation clinics like i have, you realize what the greater evil is"
- Ishukone Watch Investigator Meldon Ziko
The Decanted are a terrorist organization that has conducted many horrific attacks on the assets of private parties who seek to expand our nation's population with skilled, well trained and educated citizens. Along with this the murder of thousands of your countrymen who have aided them in running these clinics and maintaining order in orphanages housing tube children. No matter which of the eight you call home; report any information you may have on this group to your nearest offical of your respective police force.
