The legend that is Charlie Kelly, the world’s first and foremost bird lawyer created this school to advance humanities understanding of one of the most nuanced and esoteric fields of law. From his first victory, the great case of “the Gang v. Mcpoyle et. all” the venerable Charlie Kelly would create the key to understanding universal bird law and then gift mankind with its wisdom.

We, Kellies successors, are currently involved in several campaigns to bring the wisdom of bird law to the Vigilant Tyrannos Corporation. They will come to understand our ornithological wisdom, by force if necessary!
