ARAXO [ARAXO]

Fifty years ago ARAXO Ltd. was well known and widely respected across Caldari State. Combining intense space exploration with vast net of high-tech laboratories, ARAXO Ltd. had great input in uncovering secrets hidden in the depths of space. Selling some of those secrets to the State brought great wealth, and close cooperation with Caldari Navy assured safety required for the research.

Now, after five decades, ARAXO Limited is just mere shadow of it's past glory. Constant conflict with Gallente Federation cost the Araxo thousands of finest employees, and other Caldari megacorporations took their chance to finish off weakened competitor. Assasins and saboteurs did their dirty work, and gigantic bribes were paid to ensured that the State government will not interfere. Losing men after men, station after station, ARAXO Ltd. was forced to withdraw from brutal megacorporation race, lay down and lick wounds. With all the best pilots dead or hired by someone who paid more, and with infrastructure ruined, the corporation needs to be build from scratch.
