Crux Debt Management [CRUDM]

Crux is a private bank operating in Syndicate. It is the parent company of Crux Group. Tracing its history back to a bank founded in Etherium Reach in YC111, it was independent for five years before being purchased in YC116 by Crux Group. Crux Debt Management was initially run as a debt collections service for other banks but in YC119 it was merged with Crux Group to create a full corporation in New Eden.

The Crux name was publicised late in the bank's history in YC119 with the acquisition of various debt notes from other banks in New Eden. This allowed the bank to launch relatively quickly compared to the normally drawn-out process of joining the Banking Guild.
