The Federation Navy Reserve was founded to aid the Gallente Federation Navy with their defence of the Federation's people and their way of life. With the recent budget cuts to the Federation Navy, star systems located on the outskirts of Gallente space have been left nearly abandoned by the Navy due to a lack of available personnel. These systems have become more reliant on The Reserve for protection, medical aid, and economical support.
The Reserve is mostly made up of volunteer capsuleers eager to protect the Gallente Federation's ideals and morals. They focus on sub-capital, hard hitting fleet compositions which have been a staple of Gallente battle tactics for years.
