Our story
Notre histoire

It is estimated that From Dark Age Investment Society originates as early as 16100 under the name Drakaea Engineering Corp., then specialized in Jove technologies study. Dark Age’s shadows dispersed, a new day was dawning on human civilization and the company prospered, allocating retro-engineering skills on Joves’ drones in the service of colonization. Mining and exploration drones became mainstream, but Empires’ expansionist aspirations could not be satisfied with uninhabited worlds.
When war broke out, Gallente authorities ordered to Drakaea Engineering Corp. some offensive models to counter Caldaris’ formidable fighters. Thanks to drones, the tide turned and the corporation could enjoy unprecedented influence within the Federation. Drakaea took advantage of this time of prominence to strengthen the institutions and to promote the Gallente culture while placing its shareholders in key positions.

After Caldaris resorted to Capsuleers, Drakaea failed to disappear. It underwent an historical tumble in the stock market and its competitors shared its property like vultures would do. Staunch supporter of the values of Federation, the corporation leaved a legacy that it henceforth needed to sustain.
There were whispers that its former shareholders, dispersed in the Universe, were still participating in the humanist and democratic ideal that Drakaea Engineering saw in Gallente Federation through a mysterious holding. Thus was born From Dark Age Investment Society.

In the year YC 116, a corporation named From Dark Age was created. Its leaders announced the pursuit of Drakaea’s intentions : decrypt Joves’ mysteries, launch a new Golden Age through a technological explosion and finally, transcend mankind.
At the moment when Capital Ships decide the outcome of wars, Empires need drones at the level of these new weapons, drones at the level of Titans.

En l’an YC 116, une corporation nomm\xe9e From Dark Age fut cr\xe9\xe9e.
