Slave, Miner, Rebel. Chase is all of these and for a slave, affluent in military strategy. The man was raised under the heel of the Amarr Empire, never knowing the taste of freedom, hearing stories of wars and ancient tales of his people, his hatred for the Amarr grew with his longing to touch the stars. This desire was only realized as he met his brother in arms Michael Fridren, a smuggler of slaves and ex Gallente Navy pilot and Infantry rifleman. Michael's first attempt at freeing his people failed, while in captivity, Chase was the only of his people to make contact with the outsider and welcome him as brother. Chase nursed his newfound friend back to health after torture and interrogation at the hands of Amarr Inquisitors. Michael promised Chase that he would help him receive his freedom. The two were inseperable and escaped in a grand revolt, resulting in their overlords dead and several hundred slaves freed. In the first moment that he tasted freedom he knew he couldnt rest till every slave was freed and every slaver brought to justice. The Slaveborn army was soon forged a name to constantly remind its members of their past and to remind its enemies of a future that will never be.
