DISCORD Council [DI5C0] Closed

DISCORD is an organization founded in the wake of CONCORD's draconian measures against capsuleers at the start of the Drifter Conflict. It's purpose is to provide sanctuary and safe harbour to political dissidents from various races and empires, encourage open space lanes, and affect law, order, and trade to that end. Starting as a random idea by some newbro on Reddit, DISCORD has in the days since it was founded accomplished nothing besides typing out this bio. It has become an entity independent of the races, as nobody would actually take this corporation seriously or expect it to last longer than a week or so.
