Laid back corp. Open to all applicants. Looking for other fellow mission runners in Penirgman.
Eve Fitting Tool is half the game. Use it.
Wiki.eveuniversity.org is the place to find all the information you need.
Recommended, but often not required, ships for security missions:
Lvl. 1 missions - Any combat/attack frigate or destroyer.
http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Frigate
Lvl. 2 missions - Any combat/attack cruiser. Arbitrator and drones is a good choice for newcomers. http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Cruiser
Lvl. 3 missions - Any battlecruiser with a tank of about 200 dps. Prophecy is a good choice that follows the skill-sets from the Arbitrator. http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Battlecruiser
Lvl. 4 missions - Any battleship with 500-600 dps tank. You need both range and the capability to take out frigates. http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Battleship
In Amarr space, it is recommended to run missions for the Ministry of Internal Order. These have the same rewards as the Imperial Navy, but they have prime agents close to the Amarr system trading hub. In Penirgman, you have all the agents you need from lvl. 1 to 4. This is two jumps away from Amarr.
If you are new and starting out, then drones and drone ships is a good choice, seeing as you need to level drone skills anyway, plus they apply a large amount of damage right from the start of a new character. Get the skill "Drones" to lvl.5 as soon as you can.
Salvaging tip: A really cheap, easy, fast, and convenient way to salvage is to buy a Mobile Tractor Unit and a few salvage drones (you do not even need a full flight of these). Doing it this way, wrecks gets tractored, looted, and salvaged in one single spot. All you need to do is scoop the Tractor Unit and then the cargo container with all the loot. The Tractor Unit can and should be launched at the start of engagement so that it can start working right away. It will not get any aggro so you won't lose it to enemy fire. ALWAYS remember to scoop it with you when you are done, though. Make a habit out of always checking your drones and the room before moving on or out.
Lvl. 4 mission tip: If you are unsure about the mission and what you are up against, then you could and should scout with smaller ships and take out frigates and cruisers that could potentially give you a hard time. Having your battleship warp scrambled and ewar'd, and losing all your light drones, is a surefire way to having a bad time, m'kay?
