Lucky Jacks has formed this new salvage & holding service due to increased activities in his home system of Amdonen and the surrounding systems of Nishah, Mora, Dantan & Leva.
WRACS does not operate below 0.5 at the moment but watch this space.
WRACS operates salvage removal operations under the laws as laid out by CONCORD, DED & as such do NOT ninja salvage or loot owned containers, no matter the prize.
A CODE of CONDUCT as now been written due to unfounded accusations of scouting by individuals (namely miners), whereby certain pvp engagements have been happening in mining belts that have been visited by WRACS.
This is not so, as WRACS is a neutral party and is only interested in wreck locations, either sent by local or WRACS chat or by system salvage routes. Any pvp engagements whilst WRACS is in or has just left any location is purely coincidental.
SERVICE USER CODE of CONDUCT:
1 ~ Any unwanted wrecks or containers MUST be abandoned you the owner.
2 ~ Any cargo(loot) must be claimed by you prior to WRACS removal operations, as after retrieval all cargo(loot) belongs to WRACS. You may request for cargo(loot) to be centalised by WRACS also before retrieval.
3 ~ If you do not respond to WRACS in local channel or you have left the system, WRACS will salvage your wrecks only as per Concord salvage laws.
4 ~ Must NOT interfere with or engage WRACS operators or ships during or after retrieval operations.

WRACS CODE of CONDUCT:
1 ~ Operators must seek permission from wreck owners if wrecks haven't already been abandoned. See CODE 3
2 ~ Operators will only salvage abandoned wrecks & containers.
3 ~ Operators may salvage wrecks under Concord salvage laws if,
a) No response from owner after seeking permission in local channel.
OR
b) Owner has left the system & is not in WRACS channel.
4 ~ Operators must ensure that wreck owners have taken cargo(loot) before proceeding with salvage operations (unless requested to be centralised).
5 ~ Operators MUST NOT NINJA SALVAGE!
THE FOLLOWING NOW APPLIES TO THE CODES.
Under CODE 2 of the service user & CODE 4 of WRACS, any cargo(loot) requested by owners after retreival may be offered back at the total container price after MTU retrieval & left at location.
SERVICES & FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING CAREERS.
i ~ Buyback option (container price): All service users.
ii ~ 24hr FREE storage: All service users.
iii ~ Impound & release (container price): +5% Solo Pilots release fee.
+10% Miners release fee.
+15% Ratters release fee.
+20% Mission Runners fee.
+25% Corp/Faction warfare fee.
Impounds occur after 24hrs & owners will be notified. Failure to respond to this notice after 24hrs will see all cargo released to WRACS.
For out of system comms use WRACS channel.
