"Kelkoon" in the ancient Matari dialect means "Veteran Warrior". The Defiant Kelkoons are a band of warriors who were freed during the great Elder invasion during YC 110. Not simply content with their own freedom the Defiant Kelkoons set out to liberate their brothers and sisters still in bondage. No Kelkoon will rest until every Minmatar slave is free and every slaver in the Amarr Empire is made to feel the pain that they have inflicted on so many for so long.

Defiant Kelkoons are currently recruiting mercenaries for planet side operations.
