Mael Duin was raisd in an Amarr work camp on Arzad IV. Throughout his life he knew nothing of his heritage or even the concept of freedom. When the Elder fleet attacked the Amarr Empire in YC 100 Mael Duin was swept up in the evacuation of Arzad IV.
After his rescue from the Amarrian Slavers Mael Duin Committed himself to ensuring that all Matari slaves are given the chance at freedom. With the donation of several million ISK from an anonymous benefactor Mael Duin Started Defiant Kelkoons.
Defiant Kelkoons are currently recruiting and training a cadre of ground troops to perform combat operations on Amarr held planets. Their primary objective is the exfiltration of all slaves. Secondary objectives include capturing districts in Amarrian territory and defending districts in Minmatar territory. Tertiary objectives include sabotage of any and all Amarr equipment that cannot be captured.
