We have regularly scheduled mining operation with orca support to supply us with ore we need. Then buy the ore from the miners who are present in the operation.

However if a mining tech wishes to mine solo a mineral deposit box will be set up in their name and payment will be sent accordingly.

We frequently run lvl4 missions for reputation, cash, and salvage.
Bounty, and mission rewards are split among fleet. Salvaging ships will receive some payment from mission rewards, as well as a small bonus for reprocessed junk.

The logistics department is responsible for the distribution or products to the market.

Once items are sold the profits are split between the Corporation,the Mining Department, the Manufacturing Department, and the Logistics Department.
