Title: Mid to High Sec Mining Corp Looking for Miners (ORE/ICE)

Hears Petroph Mining CO. is a new mining corp with the primary goal of making good ISK.
As we are young (only a few days old) we are a small corp and we need experienced miners as well as new players who have the same goals to help us grow.
We are a friendly and helpful corp who wish to share our experience with new players and gain helpful insight from experienced players.
At the moment we are mining ORE to obtain the capital required to expand into ICE Harvesting.
At the moment we make roughly 2.0-3.0 Mill ISK each cargo run with only one cargo vessel.
We conduct mining almost every day in our time zone, participating miners and freight pilots will be paid a percentage after every freight run with a minimum of 50-100k ISK if not succesful. Miners or freight pilots who did not contribute to the days work will be paid 50K ISK. (For more information about payments please contact George Hears.
We offer several incentives such as:
"Some" Ownership of the corp to members in the form of shares, everyone is an owner, and we pay on dividends almost every week.
Free advanced skill books eg. Ice harvesting...
Free mining turrets.
Possibility of a free mining barge if we feel you have earned it.
And many more benefits.

Miners should have either a Bantam or a Destroyer fit for Mining. If you have a Barge we will greatly consider your employment.
