This corperation was built on strong vaules and belifes for the goals of expansion and prosperatiry.
What we do, and our goals: As of right now, we're working on expanding in high security, forming a solid core of players in every area of the game. We expect slow growth as our standard, not for characters, but for people, is rather high.

Our primary long term goal is joining a 0,0 alliance and carving out some space of our own. Once we're established in 0,0, and depending on the political situation at the time, the plan is to set up a WH division aswell.

Throughout all this a key idea is to remain self-sufficient as much as possible.

Because of this we are recruiting players, based on personality, for every part of the game. Skillpoints do not matter, skill however, does. We will immediately boot you if you're the type of player who doesn't listen to, or understand, advice, and doesn't follow commands given during fleet ops.

You are:
\xa4 Combat pilot interested in both PvE and PvP, or either one. We do however prefer PvP players, because of our long term goals.
\xa4 Non-combat pilot of any kind, Traders, Crafters, Researchers, Miners, Logistics.
\xa4 English fluency, it doesn't have to be perfect but it can't be too bad.
\xa4 All timezones: Keep in mind that Ops will be organized during EU times to begin with, depending on how our playerbase grows we may run them at other times aswell.
\xa4 Having an inner viking is a bonus.

Some degree of dedication and self-sufficiency will be required of you:
\xa4 We will not accept members who do not communicate with the rest of us.
\xa4 We will not accept members who do not participate in Corp/Alliance operations at all. That does NOT mean that we have an attendance requirement.
\xa4 We WILL accept members who have families, jobs or school. * Espically thos in Armed Forces around the world. God be with you all.
\xa4 We are not a charity organization. If you want help with getting or doing something, we will happily provide it to the best of our ability. However, if you simply want something and expect to get it, you're not the type of person we're looking for.

Basically, we expect you to be a part of the family.

Leadership positions will be handed out based on competence alone, the best man for the job will always get the spot, ensuring that we have a quality leadership that can answer questions, create a foundation for our members and lead us towards our goals.

Corporation Operations and Contract Work:
\xa4 Weekly official corp ops, be it mining, PvP or missions, we will do them together.
\xa4 Activities each day, all day.
\xa4 Facilitation of contracts from outside sources to members. We are NOT a mercenary corp, we will however strive to acquire contracts for members who enjoy merc work.

The future:
\xa4 Once we have an active group of players: Corp ops, Roaming PvP gangs.
\xa4 Once we have a solid core: POS establishment, Contract work, a move to 0,0.
\xa4 Once we're in 0,0: An opportunistic expansionism policy, WH exploration, a readiness to tackle any future content.
