The constitution of this corporation is recognized by the Intaki Assembly by an official charter obtained in YC 112, and it has the right to:

▲ conduct activities of trade, exploration, and establish colonies;

▲ constitute a naval force and have the ability to wage war and negotiate treaties;

▲ build industry in Intaki and outposts in other systems according to company directives;

▲ issue bonds and pay dividends;
