"A leader is someone who respects his men,
trusts his men, and believes in his men. In
return they will follow him to hell and back
again with out even questioning the leader"

Regard your soldiers as your children, and they
will follow you into the deepest valleys.
Look on them as your own beloved sons, and
they will stand by you even into death!"
