The primary goal of 1st Caldari Expeditionary Force (1CEF) is to benefit you, the player, so that you in turn can benefit us. We accomplish this by guiding, mentoring, and teaching new players to EVE. We mold our pilots into the best prepared pilots, thus allowing them to thrive and excel in every aspect of the Universe of EVE. This helps us by furthering our status among the best Corporations in EVE, and giving us a pool of highly motivated and well-trained pilots to call upon in our hour of need.

Great pilots are made not born, guiding, mentoring, and training are the tools we use to make great pilots. Guidance is offered to all members who seek it, thereby helping members decide what field to pursue or what ship to train for. New members to the corp can also choose to join a mentorship program where they will be paired up with an experienced member in a field they have an interest in. Classes are held regularly by experienced instructors on basic and advanced topics geared towards teaching new members the art of PVP in EVE.

All new players are welcome to apply; experienced players will be considered for leadership positions. There are no race restrictions. Trial Accounts WILL be accepted. Please arrange for an interview with one of the corp recruiters before applying otherwise your application will be wait-listed.
