GHOST SPAWN i[GH-SP] is a splinter cell of The Imperial Assassins [IMP-A]. Created to enable it's founder members to operate with impunity in and around the Amarr Empire regions as well as local Wormhole anomolies and low security pockets.

A ligitimate infrastructure of ore mining and planetary harvesting acts to protect the true mandate of the corporation as an elite covert operations outfit intent on maximising opportunities of rescource appropriation and forced distribution.

Operating as a nomadic Sarum Family loyalist recon battalion, the corporation has unofficial ties with many of the pirate forces within New Eden. The corporations creator has been linked with elite pirate organisations such as The Black Rabbits and Dread Elite and Genos Occidere.

Unofficially the corporations directive enjoys the production and sale of combat boosters, weapons and slaves upon the black market. This is possible through financial diplomacy with local officials and a combination of tactical wormhole spawns and deep safe storage. Currently the corporation is preparing to deploy a POS within Empire and a class 3 wormhole anomolie to enable independant production of it's various wares.

In addition to production operations the corporation is consistently under the scrutiny of CONCORD for smuggling, border region piracy, ransoming, kidnapping, extortion, hijacking, covert infiltration, unlicensed booster production and distribution.

Although the corporations history is relatively short, the founder members are not without experience in most facetts of New Eden, and there is rarely an ability that's lacking. With aspirations to become a strong mercenary corporation, they understand that a robust infrastructure is necessary to fund such an endeavour.
