This corporation only accepts applicants from the Rookies Academy Elite Corporation. Those who apply must be recommended by the CEO or Director of Rookies Academy Elite and receive at least three recommendations from active Rookie Academy Asset Management members or a single recommendation from the CEO.

This is done through Audits, Planning, and Reviews (AP&R), A candidate should have expertise in one of the following areas, Industry, Trade, Mechanic, Science, Social or Corporate management.
