The Narrian Enigma [NAREN]

Why would you want to give 11% of your income to a NPC corp that gives you nothing in return? We have a 0% tax rate so you can keep your isk. We have only 2 rules, don't be a pirate and don't kill other faction ships in a mission. After that you are free to do what you want.
