Whether it be mining Arkanor in a wormhole, or nullsec roams, we do it as a team. We believe we have a destiny, and to realize it we must all depend on our fellow pilots, the audacity of our membership, and the opportunites found on a path strewn with the tattered fragments of lesser organizations that did not have the discipline, willpower, and sheer motivation that is epitomized in IMPSS. IMPSS Requirements:
Use of Voice comms (Team Speak 3) for both day to day activity as well as ops. We have headsets and use them.
Willingness to participate with the membership and ops
3.5 Million Skill points (We do make exceptions to this, convo us up)
