EIC has been founded by Aargol Aneshwa, the Grandfather of the current CEO. Aargol started a small business in the eastern part of Inder System. That's where the name comes from.
EIC made it's first 100M ISK by trading weapons. Then fate, Aargol's greed, or the ALMIGHTY himself put an end to that damnable business: The Badger Mk. II of our first CEO was destroyed by a pirate in Jita. One single volley and the company's capital of 160M ISK gone! Due to a defect in the cloning process the reawakening of Aargol failed.
Ammarol, Aargol's daughter refused to continue the business. So it was many years later when Aarol decided to follow in the steps of his grandfather. However, he learned a lesson: Never let your search for wealth outdo your care for security!
EIC's main business activity is planetary industry and trading of refined commodities. EIC is located and doing business in Empire Hi Sec Space.
